Backups are essential. You only have to need a backup once to realize how important they are!  We back up each account daily to a secondary hard drive at no extra charge.

Our servers are state-of-the-art and utilize ultra-fast SSD drives, along with premium hardware and resources.  We can also customize a plan if you have specific storage needs.

We monitor our servers closely with a professional and certified team, 24 hours a day.  We go well beyond the typical support levels at other companies to make sure you have a great hosting experience.  We have additional ping and server monitors running constantly so we know of any issues before you do, and can begin to address them immediately.

In just minutes you can add a blog, newsletter, or a new CMS like WordPress or Joomla to your website with little or no technical knowledge and without the need to hire a web developer.

Your ability to administer your hosting account easily and without technical support is a key element in a hosting package.  Your account is unique and your own, and if you should choose to manage it yourself, you can!  TechnicalRx takes care of these things for you but some companies prefer their own login, the ability to manage and create FTP accounts, email addresses and manage passwords, and enable or disable other features like PHP scripting in the Cpanel web based system.  We don’t co-mingle or share accounts, so yours is easy to manage and secure.

Some companies will charge extra for anti-virus and anti-spam email services.  We include this for free as part of our business class services.
